I’m Quincy, a creative portrait photographer in Portland, Oregon.
I’m originally from Iowa and started my photography business in 2022 after discovering a deeper love for the craft during COVID. What began with creative shoots in my bedroom with my sister quickly grew into photographing fellow high school seniors and, eventually, earning my AAS in Photography from Des Moines Area Community College in 2023.
Since then, photography has taken me across the country and ultimately to Portland, Oregon, a place I’m happy to call home. I’m drawn to dramatic lighting, intense color, and imagery that feels slightly surreal and magical. For me, photography is more than capturing a moment. It’s about creating a scene, telling a story, and making people feel beautiful in the process.
